COVID-19 Update

Dearest customers, we've been doing our best to keep up with demand - But due to COVID-19 and overwhelming demand, we are now announcing slight delays on our delivery times to certain regions.

Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your parcel to arrive. Please rest assured we are doing our best to get this out to you as quickly as possible, but also want to keep you informed on your fantastic deliveries.

How will my Skinny Tan order get to me? 

All packages are sent from the East Coast, either via UPSMI, FedEx SmartPost, or UPS, depending upon the weight of your package. Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, and can take between 2-5 business days to arrive.

 Hold on, I live outside Continental USA. Can I still get my Skinny Tan order delivered? 

Absolutely! We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and all other US territories. These shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, and are priced at $15 for 1 lb, and $5 per pound after. Don't worry, most of our products are under 1 lb!

Help, my Skinny Tan hasn't arrived! What do I do?

I wasn't satisfied with my products, what are my options?

If for any reason you wish to return an item it must be returned within 30 days, and must include a Return Authorisation number, which can be obtained by emailing info@skinnytan.com.au. Please headline the email with "RA Request" and include your original order number and the reason for your return. Our Customer Care team will provide you with your RA Number and the return address.
