All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Standard U.S shipping carrier rates apply. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes five to eight business days.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

U.S. ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order status and tracking updates will be sent via email notifications. If you have any order status questions, contact support@skinnytan.com with your order number.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at support@skinnytan.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Order issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible to be reviewed.

We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.

Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate an eligible return request, please contact our team at support@skinnytan.com for return instructions.
